    At House of Aurélle™, we stand behind the quality, beauty, and craftsmanship of every piece we curate. That’s why we proudly offer our 12 Month Radiance Protection Plan™ on all eligible Aurélle jewelry collections.

    Because true luxury should not only shine beautifully it should endure with confidence.

    Our Promise

    Aurélle jewelry is designed to be worn and enjoyed daily through celebrations, travel, work, special moments, and everyday elegance. Our premium materials and craftsmanship are intentionally selected to help resist tarnishing and preserve brilliance over time.

    If your piece experiences qualifying discoloration or tarnishing within the warranty period under normal wear conditions, we will make it right.

    Radiance Protection Plan™ Coverage

    This Protection Plan guarantees that:

    • Your eligible House of Aurélle™ jewelry is protected for 12 months from the original purchase date

    • If tarnishing or abnormal discoloration occurs under normal wear within the protection plan period, your piece may qualify for replacement

    • The protection plan is valid for the original purchaser only

    • A replacement of equal or similar style will be provided if the original item is no longer available

    What Is Covered

    ✔ Tarnishing or discoloration caused by normal everyday wear within the

    12-month protection plan period

    ✔ Loss of finish caused by qualifying material defects

    What Is Not Covered

    To preserve fairness and maintain the integrity of our Radiance Protection Plan™ program, the following are not covered:

    • Lost or stolen items

    • Intentional damage or misuse

    • Breakage caused by excessive force, accidents, or improper care

    • Natural wear from chemicals, perfumes, lotions, or harsh products outside recommended care instructions

    • Modifications or repairs performed by third parties

    How to Submit a Radiance Protection Plan™ Claim

    Submitting a Radiance Protection Plan™ request is simple:

    Include your order number and a clear photo of the affected jewelry piece

    Once reviewed and approved, our team will assist you with a replacement promptly

    Please note: Shipping fees will apply to replacement orders.
